HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Leading and guiding the HR team

• Maintaining oversight, setting priorities, and monitoring progress

• Advising management and executives

• Conducting recruitment and selection processes

• Managing contracts, employment conditions, onboarding, and offboarding

• Addressing absenteeism and more complex absentee issues

• Supporting performance management, development, and personnel cases

• Handling labor law-related queries

• Developing HR policy and achieving further professionalization

• Streamlining HR processes to enhance practicality and efficiency

• Identifying and following up on risks, deadlines, and key actions

• Managing HR-related matters from start to finish

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced HR professional with sufficient seniority and a practical approach

• Hands-on HR expert who takes responsibility and works independently

• Ability to provide advice at the management level

• Willing and able to conduct challenging conversations, investigate cases, and implement practical solutions

• Experience in healthcare or mental health services is a plus, but not a strict requirement

• Broad HR experience, independence, common sense, and a sense of ownership
