This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate directly with the General Manager (GDC) and the US People Team to assist the Global Delivery Center team.

β€’ Align HR initiatives with business and HR strategic goals while providing localized HR support to individual contributors in the Philippines.

β€’ Act as the local HR representative for individual contributors and people managers based in the Philippines.

β€’ Develop and execute HR strategies that are in harmony with business objectives and comply with both global standards and Philippine labor regulations.

β€’ Manage the complete employee experience, encompassing recruitment assistance, onboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, maintenance of 201 files, and offboarding processes.

β€’ Supervise performance management processes and lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.

β€’ Offer guidance on intricate HR matters while ensuring legal compliance, adherence to policies, and maintenance of the Employee Handbook.

β€’ Serve as a liaison for audits and regulatory obligations.

β€’ Oversee compensation and benefits strategies in collaboration with global HR teams.

β€’ Promote employee engagement, foster a positive culture, and drive change management initiatives.

β€’ Work collaboratively on HR projects and programs.

β€’ Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and strategic HR decisions.

β€’ Represent HR in leadership meetings and provide mentorship to HR team members.

β€’ Track HR metrics and analytics to guide decisions and enhance processes.

β€’ Perform office management tasks and other HR-related duties as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

β€’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources and/or recruiting is essential.

β€’ Flexibility to adjust work hours to meet business requirements; occasional after-hours availability may be necessary.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

β€’ Strong organizational skills and commitment to ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and continuously changing environment.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are crucial.

β€’ Familiarity with local labor laws is important.

β€’ Proven proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).

β€’ Experience with or the ability to quickly learn technology tools and applications such as Greenhouse, DocuSign, and FirstAdvantage.

β€’ A history of outstanding performance in teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving.
