This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Delivers administrative services, support, navigation, and solutions based on experience, education, policies, and procedures.
β’ Executes clerical tasks, which include customer service, data entry, and the organization and maintenance of records.
β’ Offers administrative support services while improving coordination, preparation, and the flow of departmental processes and core activities.
β’ Plans and organizes workflow while prioritizing customer requirements.
β’ Designs, implements, and maintains job-related records.
β’ Employs multiple system applications for data collection and management.
β’ Guarantees quality, confidentiality, and safety through knowledge of Trinity Health's policies, practices, and procedures.
β’ Engages in performance improvement initiatives.
β’ Supplies data entry, reporting, and transactional support for Leave of Absence processes throughout the system.
β’ Conducts precise and timely data entry, time tracking, reporting, and payment processing.
β’ Assists with ad-hoc requests as necessary.
β’ Collaborates and follows up with stakeholders, human resources operations, and vendors to enhance the colleague and manager experience.
β’ Participates in performance enhancement activities.
β’ A thorough understanding of Human Resources is essential, typically acquired through a bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Familiarity with and experience in leave of absence administration, payroll, or a related field that demands attention to detail and the application of critical assessment skills.
β’ Experience with various software/computer systems, including UKG, Kronos, Workday, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with a willingness to learn new systems as required.
β’ Experience in presenting data-driven reports is preferred.
β’ Ability to complete tasks, comprehend and relate to complex concepts, retain multiple tasks and routines over extended periods, and manage concurrent tasks or projects.
β’ Proficient in reading small print, recognizing sounds and voice patterns, and effectively giving and receiving instructions along with other verbal communications.
β’ Capability to perform manual dexterity tasks and handle various materials.
β’ Competence in using a computer and other technology.
