This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage HUG’s strategy for talent attraction and recruitment, focusing on employer branding.

• Lead and nurture the CONECTA team by establishing work distribution, setting goals, and outlining the team's growth plan.

• Establish and oversee recruitment funnel metrics, continuously enhancing processes.

• Create strategies for diversity and inclusion and equity policies for recruitment procedures.

• Guide PDI (Individual Development Plan) strategies and oversee the feedback program.

• Administer the departmental budget and make decisions regarding outsourcing tools and benefits.

• Oversee or manage the complete recruitment and selection process.

• Align job descriptions with client managers.

• Conduct or supervise the screening, interviews, and group activities, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

• Manage internal HR operations, including training, compensation, and benefits.

• Administer the departmental budget and operational workflows.

• Research and propose new benefits or tools to enhance the Outsourcing function.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in recruitment and selection, including leadership or team coordination roles.

• Proven experience in structuring or scaling recruitment processes in a rapidly growing environment.

• Strong understanding of recruitment funnel metrics and the ability to convert data into actionable decisions.

• Experience in applying diversity and inclusion initiatives to selection processes, going beyond mere institutional statements.

• In-depth knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, benefits, training, and compensation) and ATS/HR management tools (e.g., Factorial).

• Direct communication style with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders (clients, managers, and team members).

• A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Prior experience in fast-paced companies or startups, with direct accountability for process design and execution.

• Experience managing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and structured feedback initiatives.

• Familiarity with the communications and marketing sector.

• Previous experience as an HR generalist within an outsourcing/BPO framework.

• Capability to design and scale effective, replicable processes.

• Critical thinking, strategic insight, and a data-driven approach.
