This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
β’ Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR processes, policies, and inquiries related to employees.
β’ Assist in aligning organizational structures, people capabilities, systems, and culture with the overall business strategy.
β’ Create and uphold programs focused on retention, promotion, engagement, talent management, organizational design, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
β’ Guide line managers on the HR self-service model, including Workday case creation and the central employee hub.
β’ Ensure adherence to legal requirements in the daily management of employees.
β’ Facilitate onboarding, training, compliance initiatives, performance evaluations, salary assessments, talent reviews, and engagement surveys.
β’ Serve as a trusted HR partner for Supply Chain operations across Germany and selected manufacturing sites in Europe.
β’ Oversee employee relations, collaboration with the Works Council, engagement, wellbeing, organizational change, and workforce planning activities.
β’ Provide advice to Plant Managers and leadership teams on matters relating to personnel.
β’ Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, and regional/global HR programs.
β’ Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise and HR Operations to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
β’ Manage intricate employee relations and Works Council issues within a unionized manufacturing setting.
β’ Track metrics related to engagement, retention, absenteeism, wellbeing, and talent.
β’ Support cross-border HR initiatives within the European Supply Chain organization.
β’ Over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, industrial, or other operational sectors.
β’ Extensive experience in Employee Relations and Works Council matters in Germany.
β’ Thorough understanding of German labor law and co-determination processes.
β’ Background in supporting engagement, wellbeing, and cultural initiatives.
β’ Experience collaborating with operational leaders in a dynamic environment.
β’ Familiarity with working in an international matrix organization.
β’ Proven track record of interacting with employees and management at various levels while delivering excellent customer service.
β’ Expertise in Employee Relations and labor law.
β’ Skills in Works Council consultation and negotiation.
β’ Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
β’ Capabilities in change management and conflict resolution.
β’ Exceptional coaching and relationship-building skills.
β’ Data-driven mindset towards engagement and retention strategies.
β’ Capacity to work independently across multiple European locations.
β’ Proficiency in German, English, and another European language.
