HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR contact for clients

• Utilize Human Resources Information Systems to ensure compliance and pinpoint process efficiencies

• Manage compensation and benefits programs

• Aid in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts

• Facilitate employee onboarding and assist in organizing training and development programs

• Provide support to employees on HR-related matters including leave and compensation

• Address employee concerns and foster a productive, conflict-free work environment

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of human resource policies

• Carry out performance management responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate HR metrics such as hiring timelines and employee turnover rates

• Coordinate quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations

• Maintain employee records and files in both electronic and physical formats

• Improve job satisfaction through effective issue resolution, benefits, and team-building events

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations

• Perform additional tasks as required

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources

• Familiarity with general HR policies and procedures

• Strong understanding of employment and labor laws

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• At least 1 year of comprehensive experience with HRIS systems

• Experience with system implementation is highly preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to collaborate as part of a results-oriented team

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Must possess a customer-service mindset and attention to detail

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors
