This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a vital member of the HR team, contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for routine inquiries from employees and managers, addressing requests and escalating more complex issues as necessary.
• Identify recurring inquiries, process deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement; propose or implement effective solutions.
• Oversee HR programs and procedures while assisting with policies and processes.
• Maintain the company’s people intranet.
• Manage employee product purchase and recognition initiatives.
• Support employees throughout their tenure, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer processes related to FMLA, leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Address standard employee relations matters and assist with fundamental investigations.
• Facilitate the documentation of disciplinary actions and employee separations.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends.
• Keep employee records, electronic files, HR documentation, and I-9 records up to date; perform audits as required.
• Compile regular HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Apply employment law and HR best practices to areas of responsibility.
• Support employee surveys, including reporting and action planning.
• Assist with the recruitment process.
• Coordinate engagement committees, events, and activities.
• Organize HR onboarding and lead New Employee Orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with other HR team members on policy application, organizational trends, and information sharing.
• Provide assistance to Payroll/HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits teams on special projects.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling employee information, documentation, HR processes, and deadlines.

• Proven knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience.
• Over 3 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, leave administration, HRIS/data management, and other core HR functions.
• Experience with HRIS systems is required.
