HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Offer support and guidance in employee relations to managers.

• Ensure adherence to federal and multi-state employment laws.

• Perform and document investigations in the workplace.

• Keep accurate and compliant records for employees.

• Assist with coaching, corrective actions, and managing performance.

• Research and facilitate training for employees and managers.

• Manage and track employee leaves, including FMLA and relevant state leaves.

• Oversee workers' compensation claims and the processes for returning to work.

• Aid in the development of policies and the maintenance of ongoing HR compliance initiatives.

• Adhere to client instructions and processes while handling diverse daily tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist position.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to operate in accordance with US business hours.

• Proficient in HR management systems.

• Experience with multi-state HR practices.

• Knowledge of California employment laws and leave administration.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Technical proficiency in using HRIS platforms, including Paylocity.
