This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, encompassing data entry, system configurations, collaboration with IT and facilities, and exit logistics.
β’ Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of employee data within Rippling through regular audits.
β’ Manage promotions, transfers, and terminations within the Rippling system.
β’ Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR issues.
β’ Assist with HR and benefits compliance activities, which include I-9 verifications, mandated postings, 5500 filings, EEO reports, and record maintenance.
β’ Administer leave of absence programs, managing requests from initiation to the employee's return to work.
β’ Aid in open enrollment processes, facilitate employee communications, troubleshoot election issues, and conduct post-transmission file audits.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for any questions related to benefits.
β’ Oversee benefits enrollment and termination through carrier portals, ensuring records are reconciled with Rippling.
β’ Collaborate with brokers and carriers to resolve escalations and manage plan administration challenges.
β’ Create and publish job postings in Ashby.
β’ Organize interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates.
β’ Keep applicant tracking records updated and report on recruiting status.
β’ Assist with offer letters and manage pre-employment and new-hire documentation.
β’ Initiate background checks and address any discrepancies that arise.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in HR generalist roles and/or benefits administration.
β’ Proficiency in using an HRIS; experience with Rippling is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with benefits carrier portals.
β’ Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave regulations.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail regarding employee data management.
β’ Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
β’ Strong organizational abilities with a talent for prioritizing tasks in a small-team setting.
β’ Effective and empathetic communication skills.
β’ Comfort in supporting recruiting activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
