This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create HR scenarios that encompass talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and the design of compensation and benefits.

• Develop tasks across various areas including recruiting and talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, compliance with HR regulations and employment law, as well as organizational development.

• Design scenarios that incorporate HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools utilized by large organizations.

• Implement methodologies for workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations investigations.

• Generate foundational HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, and proposals for organizational design.

• Create rubrics that differentiate genuine HR judgment from standard textbook knowledge or certification exam recall.

• Design evaluation tasks for AI systems involved in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design frameworks.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience as an HR leader or Chief People Officer in a major corporation or HR consulting firm.

• Direct responsibility for talent programs, employee relations issues, or compensation design.

• Proficiency in HR tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of employment law compliance.

• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

• Experience using compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford and Mercer.

• Understanding of U.S. employment law, including Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and state employment law; or international employment law such as the UK Employment Rights Act and EU labor directives.

• A recognized professional credential is strongly preferred, such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent international designation.

• Previous experience in creating rubrics or training materials is advantageous.

• Must be capable of functioning as an independent contractor.
