HR Executive Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and revise job descriptions as necessary

• Promote job vacancies on the company's careers page, social media platforms, and job boards

• Identify potential candidates through online channels

• Compose recruitment emails to engage passive candidates

• Evaluate incoming resumes and application forms

• Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

• Maintain the employee database on the company portal

• Collect attendance and leave data as needed

• Collaborate with the Accounts team regarding payroll processing details

• Work with managers to ascertain future hiring requirements

• Implement theoretical knowledge in everyday HR tasks

• Engage in weekly review meetings with various teams

• Collaborate with the reporting manager, business leaders, and internal teams

• Present weekly concise project outcomes

• Provide task updates to the Project Management Executive

• Currently a student pursuing a career in HR

• Master's degree focused on HR or a related field from a recognized institution

• Strong conceptual understanding of HR principles

• Openness to collaborating with a team of professionals and adhering to established systems and processes

• Eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
