This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Perform comprehensive investigations into employee relations issues such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence.
β’ Deliver prompt investigation communications, reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
β’ Assist and mentor leaders in managing attendance-related cases.
β’ Conduct learning workshops and facilitate knowledge transfer for leadership teams.
β’ Employ effective interviewing and documentation methods.
β’ Oversee case management utilizing ServiceNow software.
β’ Support works council meetings and related documentation.
β’ Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
β’ Guide managers in formulating, executing, and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans.
β’ Collaborate with business and HR leaders regarding termination decisions.
β’ Address and resolve employee-related issues.
β’ Oversee employee relations programs and policies across Poland, Bulgaria, and Germany.
β’ Engage with employees, management, Legal, HRBPs, and external stakeholders to address workplace concerns.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Employee Relations Manager.
β’ A bachelorβs degree is preferred, ideally in human resource management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Employee Relations sector.
β’ Professional fluency in both German and English.
β’ Proven experience in conducting investigations and providing advice on sensitive and complex employee relations matters.
β’ Understanding of fundamental employment and labor laws in Poland and Bulgaria; knowledge of German laws is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency in either Polish or Bulgarian is essential.
β’ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
β’ Capability to conduct thorough and comprehensive investigations.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision required.
β’ Flexibility and a willingness to manage competing priorities while assisting team members.
β’ Capacity to make timely, informed, and objective decisions.
β’ 40 hours of work per week based on a five-day work schedule (Monday-Friday).
