HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic consultant to Marketing & Communications executives at the Senior Director and VP levels.

• Influence the development, growth, and retention strategies for their teams.

• Foster proactive organizational design, leadership coaching, and scalable personnel practices.

• Identify talent trends and potential retention risks.

• Create a unified talent strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and developing a diverse pool of high-quality talent.

• Manage communication strategies and change management initiatives from start to finish.

• Provide business context for People Team Centers of Excellence planning, ensuring that programs yield significant impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience in a rapidly growing technology firm.

• Over 7 years of cumulative HR or related professional experience.

• Capability to independently oversee performance management, organizational design, calibration, engagement, and leadership development.

• Proven experience in coaching and influencing leaders at the Director and VP+ levels.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in crafting narratives, developing change management plans, and influencing stakeholders across various organizational tiers.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data and financial metrics for actionable insights and strategic planning.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategies with company-wide objectives.

• Familiarity with employment law and its application within people operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
