HR Employee Relations Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Carry out comprehensive investigations regarding employee relations issues, such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence.

• Deliver clear and prompt communications, reports, summaries, and necessary documentation related to investigations.

• Offer support and guidance to leaders in managing attendance-related cases.

• Conduct learning workshops and facilitate knowledge transfer for leadership personnel.

• Employ effective interviewing methods and documentation practices.

• Oversee case management utilizing ServiceNow tools.

• Assist in the preparation of works council meetings and related documentation.

• Promote the development of an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

• Support and guide managers in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans.

• Collaborate with business and HR leaders to evaluate termination decisions.

• Execute mid- to high-level investigations and resolve employee-related issues.

• Manage employee relations programs and policies across Poland, Bulgaria, and Germany.

• Interact with employees, management, Legal, HRBPs, and external stakeholders to foster positive employee relations and address workplace concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in human resource management or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Employee Relations sector.

• Professional proficiency in both German and English.

• Essential fluency in either Polish or Bulgarian.

• Proven experience in conducting investigations and providing guidance on sensitive and complex employee relations issues, including performance management, interpersonal manager/employee conflicts, leaves, accommodations, and behavioral conduct matters.

• Understanding of the fundamental employment and labor laws applicable in Poland and Bulgaria; knowledge of German laws is an advantage.

• Capability to solve problems with limited supervision.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

• Skill in conducting thorough and complete investigations.

• Flexibility and a willingness to manage competing priorities while assisting others in a team-oriented environment.

• Competence to make timely, informed, and objective decisions.
