πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Execute thorough investigations into employee relations issues, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence.

β€’ Deliver clear and timely communications regarding investigations, including reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.

β€’ Provide support and coaching to leaders in managing attendance-related cases.

β€’ Organize and facilitate learning workshops to transfer knowledge to leaders.

β€’ Utilize effective interviewing and documentation methods.

β€’ Oversee case management using the ServiceNow online case management platform.

β€’ Aid in the preparation of works council meetings and associated documentation.

β€’ Foster the development of an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

β€’ Assist and coach managers in creating, implementing, and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans.

β€’ Collaborate with business and HR leaders when evaluating termination decisions.

β€’ Report directly to the Senior Employee Relations Manager.

β€’ Handle employee issues to resolution and support employee relations programs and policies across Poland, Bulgaria, and Germany.

β€’ Engage with employees, management, Legal, HR Business Partners, and external stakeholders to maintain positive employee relations and address workplace challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in human resource management or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Employee Relations domain.

β€’ Professional fluency in both German and English.

β€’ Proficiency in either Polish or Bulgarian is necessary.

β€’ Experience in conducting investigations and providing guidance on sensitive and complex employee relations matters, such as performance management, interpersonal conflicts, leaves, accommodations, and behavioral issues.

β€’ Understanding of basic employment and labor laws relevant to Poland and Bulgaria; knowledge of German laws is advantageous.

β€’ Ability to solve problems with little guidance and a readiness to seek assistance when needed.

β€’ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

β€’ Capability to carry out thorough and comprehensive investigations.

β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision required.

β€’ Willingness to manage competing priorities and assist others in a team setting.

β€’ Capacity to make timely, well-informed, and objective decisions.

β€’ Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
