HR Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Expand the HR department to accommodate company growth from approximately 150 to 250 employees.

• Oversee the recruitment process, focusing on the most intricate and sensitive positions.

• Develop and manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and HR policies.

• Handle all HR operations from start to finish — including onboarding, documentation, processes, and compliance.

• Establish HR strategy and organizational design in alignment with business expansion.

• Create the analytics and reporting necessary to inform personnel decisions.

• Provide guidance to leadership on people strategy, organizational structure, and associated risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive experience leading an HR function from start to finish, preferably during a phase of rapid scaling.

• Strong expertise in recruitment, with a proven history of successfully closing complex or senior-level positions.

• Experience in designing compensation packages, employee benefits, and HR policies.

• Proficient in both English and Russian, with capabilities in both spoken and written communication.

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment regarding confidential information.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
