This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the primary point of contact for specific business and central functions regarding development, leadership, and team matters.
• Foster trustworthy relationships with managers and key stakeholders.
• Engage in regular conversations to identify development needs, challenges, and topics related to change at an early stage.
• Assist departments with inquiries related to development.
• Analyze and organize needs, presenting them clearly.
• Oversee the transition to the appropriate roles and interfaces.
• Ensure effective collaboration among departments, HR Development, HR Services, and Recruiting.
• Create clarity regarding responsibilities and subsequent steps.
• Document significant insights, recurring trends, and observations.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the HR development portfolio.
• Relevant initial professional experience in HR development, HR, or a similar role—preferably one to three years.
• Experience collaborating with managers, specialist departments, or internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication abilities paired with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Resilience and the capability to remain effective when addressing varying interests, ambiguous expectations, or shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient with digital tools.
• Willingness to explore AI applications and eagerness to integrate new digital opportunities into HR development.
• Experience in a role interfacing with business or central functions is preferred.
• Knowledge of contemporary HR development strategies, competency advancement, and learning cultures is advantageous.
• Familiarity with PERSIS, Traperto, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar systems is a plus.
• Experience in designing or facilitating small-scale learning sessions, workshops, or knowledge-sharing formats is desirable.
