πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the complete screening and recruitment process for high-volume positions, especially part-time Client Onsite Associates within Logistics Teams.

β€’ Identify, screen, and organize interviews for candidates.

β€’ Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and prompt candidate experience.

β€’ Oversee the entire employee onboarding process, which includes systems provisioning, new hire communications, and support on the first day.

β€’ Ensure that new hires receive access to all necessary tools and information.

β€’ Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for non-exempt employees, including Client Onsite Associates.

β€’ Review and reconcile employee timesheets, addressing discrepancies or missing entries.

β€’ Carry out payroll processing in the PEO/payroll system, escalating any exceptions to the Head of HR.

β€’ Keep accurate time-tracking records and ensure timely submissions.

β€’ Collaborate with the Head of HR on learning and development coursework and training initiatives.

β€’ Organize scheduling, materials, and logistics for training sessions.

β€’ Act as the HR/business liaison for Client Onsite Associates, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.

β€’ Assist with various HR tasks and projects, including policy support, HR administration, and addressing employee inquiries.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2-4+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations.

β€’ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

β€’ A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.

β€’ Professional maturity and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information.

β€’ Comfortable working with a high-volume, hourly/non-exempt workforce.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

β€’ Preferred: Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed environment.

β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR).

β€’ Preferred: Knowledge of payroll and PEO systems (e.g., Sequoia, PrismHR).

β€’ Preferred: Basic understanding of HR-related tax and compliance matters (e.g., wage and hour laws, payroll tax fundamentals, benefits compliance).

β€’ Preferred: Experience supporting a distributed or multi-site hourly/non-exempt workforce.

β€’ Preferred: Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) for high-volume recruiting.

β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with basic L&D coordination or training facilitation.
