HR Business Partner – Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide a relationship-managed service to a portfolio of esteemed clients within the Business Banking sector.

• Foster enduring relationships to enhance both portfolio volume and value.

• Ensure exceptional service delivery through in-person meetings, video calls, telephone, and email communications.

• Implement a proactive contact strategy to grasp client needs and offer commercial, profitable guidance.

• Motivate clients to utilize Mentor’s digital and self-service platforms.

• Drive new business growth via referrals, networking, and business development initiatives.

• Facilitate new business prospect meetings and activities aimed at relationship cultivation.

• Work in tandem with the Consultancy Delivery team to provide services that align with customer expectations and timelines.

• Oversee client retention and discussions around renewal pricing.

• Keep an updated contact strategy plan centered on new business revenue and established income objectives.

• Assist clients and colleagues with intricate technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional qualifications in Employment Law or Human Resources.

• Minimum of CIPD level 5.

• Significant experience in a role related to employment law, employment relations, or HR.

• Proven background in providing advice on complex issues.

• Extensive experience in identifying customer needs, assessing risks, and prioritizing recommendations.

• Capability to identify and spearhead business solutions and tailored service offerings for clients.

• Competence in providing commercial pricing estimates.

• Outstanding time management abilities.

• Adaptable approach to accommodate customer service at their preferred times.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
