This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver impactful HR partnership to leaders and employees based in India and the US.
• Align business goals with Weave’s global People strategy while addressing the needs of the Indian workforce.
• Collaborate throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, compliance, performance management, employee relations, engagement, hiring, events, and culture.
• Facilitate connections among leaders, employees, and People Team partners to ensure effective execution and positive outcomes in India.
• Act as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership.
• Serve as a trusted HR consultant for leaders managing India-based employees.
• Shape initiatives related to People strategy during their design and execution phases.
• Convert attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement trends into actionable insights.
• Provide guidance on the employee experience and employment landscape in India.
• Support the compensation cycles in India, including calibration and coaching for managers.
• Manage employee relations in India and guide managers through challenging situations.
• Oversee compliance and POSH matters in India, collaborating with Legal and external statutory-execution partners.
• Contribute to workforce planning and assist in preparing hiring managers.
• Enhance the new-hire experience in collaboration with India recruiters and Global Talent Acquisition.
• Lead the India engagement action plan and collaborate with Employee Experience on cultural initiatives.
• Organize India Meets, town halls, recognition programs, and celebrations from initial concept to execution.
• Report directly to the Director of HRBPs & Employee Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in building relationships and establishing trust with stakeholders.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated willingness to take ownership of work outcomes.
• Previous experience in a technology company.
• Experience in a rapidly growing organization requiring scaling of HR functions.
• Background in supporting organizations with over 200 employees.
• Prior experience with a U.S.-based company.
• Open to embracing AI changes and utilizing these tools to enhance work performance.
• Capable of managing and leading cross-functional projects.
• Availability to work some U.S. hours weekly is required.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
