This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with client groups as a trusted partner to managers and employees throughout the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing team effectiveness and engagement survey action planning.
• Identify legal and compliance risks in daily people management, working alongside the global HRBP team on unified strategies and objectives.
• Develop AI-driven HRBP workflows: outline processes, format HR policies and playbooks for AI integration, and lead the implementation, training, and success metrics for AI tools.
• Act as the HRBP team’s Center of Excellence connector by creating templates, communications, and enablement materials, while also supporting board preparation, calibrations, and insights from engagement surveys.
• Handle employee relations tasks during team absences, including PIP preparation, investigations, policy violations, and conflict resolution, while assisting managers in consistently documenting PIPs.
• Create and manage AI tools that streamline HRBP functions, continuously improving based on feedback and usage metrics.
• Oversee HRBP’s North America emergency response playbook and assist with quarterly exit project activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with HRBP responsibilities, including examples of utilizing AI or automation to enhance your work—such as a template you developed, a workflow you automated, or a process you reimagined.
• Willingness to experiment with AI tools and transform concepts into viable solutions, with or without engineering assistance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, risk management, coaching, engagement and retention strategies, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, and organizational culture and values.
• Proven ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations, working closely with senior stakeholders on strategic direction and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills—capable of articulating, writing, and presenting information clearly; comfortable mediating and facilitating discussions at the managerial level.
• Proficiency in data analysis: comfortable interpreting people data, recognizing trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Familiarity with HRIS and HR technology platforms, along with experience in change management to guide leaders and teams through organizational transformations.
