This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Serve as a trusted consultant for managers and leadership, converting business requirements into HR strategies, organizational structure, and workforce planning.
• Assist in workforce planning and provide guidance on headcount decisions in collaboration with Finance and Talent Acquisition.
• Spearhead the people aspect of the Kolsquare-Storyclash integration and future group-wide transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate organizational preparedness for change and develop communication and adoption strategies.
• Aid employees and managers in navigating through change effectively.
• Recognize and resolve friction between teams, processes, and operational methods.
• Establish and manage the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, calibration, and ensuring consistency in ratings.
• Mentor managers on feedback delivery, managing underperformance, and team development.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for key positions.
• Collaborate on retention strategies for vital talent leveraging turnover and risk assessments.
• Counsel managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and sensitive discussions.
• Act as the primary HR liaison for the Austrian Works Council and other employee representative organizations.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary regarding legal risks and employee relations matters.
• Analyze engagement survey outcomes and jointly create action plans with managers.
• Utilize people data to identify issues and formulate recommendations for leadership.
• Initiate and coordinate helloCash role openings with team.blue’s central Talent Acquisition team.
• Work alongside hiring managers to outline profiles and contribute throughout the recruitment process.
• Over 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a rapidly expanding tech or SaaS setting.
• A generalist background spanning talent management, employee relations, performance, and engagement.
• Proven experience in advising and influencing senior leaders.
• In-depth understanding of Austrian labor legislation.
• Experience with collective agreements and works councils.
• Comfort in developing HR processes and tools from scratch.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and adept conflict navigation skills.
• Proficient in both German and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Experience working across a multi-entity or multi-brand organization, or within a post-acquisition/integration context is desirable.
• Data-driven approach with experience in HR reporting and people analytics.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like HiBob and engagement tools such as Culture Amp is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment cycle and assisting hiring managers in defining role profiles.
