HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, encompassing new hires and interviews.

• Collaborate on initiatives for internal and external training and development.

• Administer onboarding programs.

• Track training, organizational culture, employee engagement, and career development initiatives.

• Deliver exceptional service to employees and enhance the employer brand experience.

• Mediate conflicts and direct them to the appropriate managerial staff.

• Monitor organizational climate initiatives and work together on improvement strategies to boost engagement and retention.

• Assist in the performance evaluation process through the analysis of business metrics and behavioral assessments.

• Facilitate feedback exchanges between managers and their direct reports.

• Contribute to leadership development via training and development tools and programs.

• Coordinate social responsibility initiatives and organize annual social impact activities.

• Implement diversity and inclusion programs to create an innovative and inclusive environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, People Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

• Experience working as an HR Business Partner.

• Prior experience in People Development and Organizational Development, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Organizational Climate and Culture, Diversity, and Social Responsibility.

• Preferred knowledge of career planning and employee development projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Office 365.
