This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Design and execute HR practices and strategies that align with business goals.
β’ Ensure effective collaboration between employees and management within designated business units.
β’ Serve as a consultant to business partners through HR and business unit collaborations.
β’ Create practices that foster an outstanding employee experience.
β’ Support the organization in achieving business objectives and managing transitions.
β’ Implement HR practices related to organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, retention, organization design, and change management.
β’ Assess training requirements and identify executive coaching needs.
β’ Cultivate an employee-focused culture that prioritizes quality, continuous improvement, high performance, and diversity and inclusion.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for leadership and employees in assigned departments.
β’ Provide guidance on workforce planning, strategy, operations, and HR practices.
β’ Offer day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
β’ Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and government reporting obligations.
β’ Collaborate with the legal department as necessary.
β’ Manage intricate employee relations matters.
β’ Utilize analytics to evaluate business challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
β’ Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the coordination of consistent HR practices.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate a workforce diversity strategy.
β’ Engage in the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
β’ Monitor organizational culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
β’ Maintain and update necessary federal and state postings.
β’ Meet departmental and company performance and attendance standards.
β’ Adhere to privacy policies and HIPAA regulations regarding protected health information.
β’ Assist with special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
β’ 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
β’ Preferred experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
β’ Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
β’ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality concerning sensitive employee matters.
β’ Knowledge of organizational design and development principles.
β’ Experience in influencing partner decisions to facilitate the execution of departmental and organizational strategies.
β’ Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and influencing various levels of the organization.
β’ Understanding of HR policies/procedures and local, state, and federal employment laws.
β’ Ability to analyze data, diagnose needs, and make prompt and accurate decisions.
β’ Excellent teamwork abilities and capability to function within a matrixed environment.
β’ Proficient in reading and comprehending written and spoken English.
β’ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Capability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks such as typing, sorting, and filing, and lift/carry files and business materials.
