This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish robust relationships with leaders and employees within a designated business group and/or region.
β’ Offer practical HR advice and act as a dependable HR partner.
β’ Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee transitions, performance management, leave of absence handling, promotions, compensation adjustments, and offboarding processes.
β’ Mentor leaders through employee relations issues, performance challenges, workplace investigations, and challenging discussions.
β’ Collaborate on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational design, and enhancing employee engagement.
β’ Manage U.S. employment-based immigration cases in coordination with employees, leaders, internal partners, and external legal counsel.
β’ Monitor work authorizations, documentation, and important deadlines.
β’ Create and review job descriptions; manage job evaluations and compensation assessments.
β’ Assist with reorganizations, restructures, and other workforce modifications.
β’ Prepare employee documentation, secure necessary approvals, maintain precise HR records, and ensure timely and accurate transaction completions.
β’ Contribute to global HR initiatives and tailor programs to meet local business, cultural, and legal requirements.
β’ Leverage HR data, business insights, and employee feedback to identify trends, foresee risks, and propose effective solutions.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ A minimum of five years of progressive experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner.
β’ Extensive experience throughout the employee lifecycle, covering employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee separations.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting U.S. employment-based immigration and collaborating with immigration counsel.
β’ Confidence in managing complex employee issues and delivering clear, practical guidance to leaders.
β’ Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic discussions and detailed transactional tasks.
β’ Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to independently evaluate situations and suggest effective solutions.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the capability to work efficiently across various levels, cultures, and regions.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential records, competing deadlines, and multiple priorities.
β’ Experience in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR information systems; knowledge of Dayforce is a plus.
