πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Identify fundamental business challenges and convert them into a comprehensive multi-year global HR strategy.

β€’ Lead initiatives focused on organizational design and restructuring.

β€’ Oversee the annual global talent assessment and succession planning activities.

β€’ Collaborate with Finance and Functional Leaders to prioritize global headcount planning and talent acquisition.

β€’ Work closely with Regional HR Leaders to tailor global strategies to meet local legal and cultural requirements.

β€’ Act as the main HR liaison for the highest-level global executives.

β€’ Ensure the consistent application of Performance, Compensation, and DEI programs across all regions.

β€’ Manage transitions to Regional HR for local Employee Relations, compliance, and specific office culture initiatives.

β€’ Facilitate the flow of information between the supported function and regional HR leaders.

β€’ Mentor and counsel senior executives on personnel decisions, organizational wellbeing, and leadership conduct.

β€’ Collaborate with Employee Relations and Regional HR to enhance performance management and foster a high-performance culture.

β€’ Partner with Total Rewards on compensation strategies and pay equity initiatives.

β€’ Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards Centers of Excellence (COEs).

β€’ Assist in expediting Manager Self-Service and HR automation with HR Operations.

β€’ Provide support for US Employee Relations overflow cases, including disciplinary issues, investigations, grievance resolutions, and offboarding procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.

β€’ Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

β€’ Over 10 years of progressive HR experience.

β€’ Minimum of 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting global or matrixed organizations.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to influence across reporting structures while balancing global functional needs with regional operational realities.

β€’ Capability to formulate HR solutions based on the needs of business clients and process design.

β€’ Exceptional communication abilities.

β€’ Skill in managing tensions between Functional and Regional teams and escalating issues as per established protocols.

β€’ Proficient in Workday.

β€’ A data-driven approach to HR analytics.

β€’ High-level judgment in managing highly confidential matters at the executive level.

β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners, regional HR teams, and COE teams.

β€’ Remote positions available exclusively for candidates in the US.
