This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.
β’ Take charge of a specific set of people processes from start to finish.
β’ Provide support to a team of roughly 80β100 members across various client projects.
β’ Plan, facilitate, assess, and enhance the yearly performance review cycle.
β’ Prepare promotion submissions, manage timelines, and assist in decision-making alongside delivery leads.
β’ Refine onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluation, promotion, and project integration processes.
β’ Gather feedback from employees and managers, suggesting tangible improvements.
β’ Monitor headcount, attrition, and eNPS via dashboards.
β’ Proactively supply people-related data and highlight emerging trends.
β’ Ensure accurate employee information is maintained in Rippling.
β’ Process employee changes and requests efficiently.
β’ Administer benefits for employees based in the US.
β’ Maintain regular communication with managers throughout the portfolio.
β’ Recognize and escalate potential people risks.
β’ Provide reports on people risks and project health during routine risk and value assessments.
β’ Collaborate with other departments on processes within designated areas.
β’ Keep assigned sections of the internal knowledge base updated.
β’ Report directly to the HR Manager.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in a technology company.
β’ Proven experience in managing or supporting performance review and promotion cycles.
β’ Proficient with HR data; capable of interpreting trends, creating simple dashboards, and identifying key metrics.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS platforms is essential.
β’ Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
β’ Self-motivated, able to manage areas independently without detailed guidance.
β’ Experience working in remote or distributed team settings.
β’ Nice to have: Familiarity with Deel or US benefits administration.
β’ Nice to have: Experience in IT services, outsourcing, or outstaffing.
β’ Nice to have: Knowledge of GetGuru, Confluence, or Notion.
