📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize HR strategies with operational objectives and oversee executive talent management.

• Spearhead organizational change efforts, job evaluations, retention strategies, and succession planning reviews.

• Implement enterprise performance evaluations, calibration meetings, executive onboarding processes, and leadership development initiatives.

• Utilize workforce analytics and interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations to navigate intricate organizational dynamics and address business challenges.

• Work in conjunction with executive leadership and HR Centers of Excellence on talent management, organizational structuring, and executive coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Global HR Business Partner with direct exposure to the LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.

• In-depth understanding of comprehensive Organizational Design and Talent Management principles.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate high-trust relationships with senior executives, provide constructive feedback, and manage cross-functional priorities effectively.

• Strong project management skills, including leading teams, coordinating tasks, and achieving results within specified timelines and resource limitations.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in English communication skills.
