This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Provide daily support to employees by addressing HR inquiries, resolving standard issues, and escalating more complex matters.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits.
• Ensure the accuracy of data flow, prompt resolution of inquiries, and coordination with payroll and vendor partners.
• Support the governance of HR processes by upholding data integrity, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Identify areas for enhancement in HR tools, workflows, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with global HR communities and cross-functional teams to harmonize local practices with global standards and regional requirements.
• Maintain and refresh HR documentation, knowledge bases, and online resources.
• Collect, maintain, and provide HR-owned data sets to HR BP and HR EP in partnership with HR Experience Partners.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Psychology, HRM, or Engineering).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Native Japanese speaker with business-level proficiency in English.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Over 2 years of experience in HR, either in a generalist or support/coordination role.
• Familiarity with Workday, Smart Recruiters, and Service Now is advantageous.
• Japanese resume and work history, as well as an English CV, are required.
• An English interview is scheduled for the final interview stage.
