📋 Description

• Lead sourcing initiatives via LinkedIn and various recruitment platforms.

• Identify candidates from a wide range of sources and maintain talent pipelines.

• Review resumes and applications while upholding a high standard of quality.

• Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluations of candidates.

• Organize interviews, assessments, and hiring processes for multiple positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and timelines.

• Monitor candidate progress and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.

• Provide status updates and recruitment insights to relevant stakeholders.

• Formulate search strategies to locate and attract top-tier talent.

• Manage assigned requisitions from the intake stage to the offer stage.

• Assume responsibility for recruitment-related projects and additional tasks as necessary.

• Ensure a smooth hiring experience from sourcing to hiring for various roles and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields.

• Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and managing stakeholders.

• An analytical and process-driven mindset.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to follow-up.

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.

• Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is advantageous.

• Preference for candidates who have supported remote teams.

• Must be willing to work during US shift hours (8AM - 5PM EST).

• Completion of a practical skills assessment is required before interviews.
