HR Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Super User for the Time & Labour, Absence, and Core HR modules within Oracle Fusion.

• Offer guidance to employees, line managers, and the People and Culture Team to ensure efficient and accurate data and payroll processing.

• Process and oversee employee data transactions in Oracle Fusion.

• Maintain data integrity through quality assurance and validation checks.

• Assist and advise system users on procedures and best practices.

• Generate and analyze reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Help resolve data and time-related issues within Fusion.

• Manage, assign, and respond to inquiries via a Client Service Center ticket escalation system.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the People and Culture team.

• Support future deployment waves and system enhancements.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or successful completion of GED, accompanied by graduation from a one (1) year post-secondary program in a related discipline.

• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

• Criminal History Clearance must be obtained prior to appointment.

• Résumé should be in chronological order, detailing education and employment in months and years, including both part-time and full-time positions.
