HR Advisor – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and resolve HR-related issues concerning benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, and other HR services.

• Provide exceptional care experiences for employees.

• Participate in a collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to the continuous enhancement of the workforce experience.

• Collaborate with centers of excellence to enhance programs and offerings based on customer feedback and experiences.

• Deliver tailored support through chat, phone, and case management.

• Educate end users on HR technology systems and SaaS applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as an HR generalist.

• Familiarity with end-to-end HR offerings, including leave of absence, payroll, and benefits.

• Skilled in coaching both people leaders and employees.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual, global environment.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• Comfortable with extensive use of technology.

• Must be available for weekday hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific and weekend hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific.

• Standard working hours apply, with an expectation for occasional overtime.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (optional).

• Proficiency in French or Hebrew is a plus (nice to have).

• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus (nice to have).
