HR Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries from both employees and managers.

• Assist with employee relations issues, encompassing conflicts, concerns, grievances, performance, and absence management.

• Offer guidance and coaching to managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and effective people management practices.

• Facilitate recruitment processes, including candidate screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Support training, learning and development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.

• Ensure the accuracy of employee records and HRIS data maintenance.

• Aid in onboarding and offboarding processes, along with various day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

• Assist with compensation reviews, employee surveys, talent assessments, and engagement initiatives.

• Collect and analyze HR data such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement metrics.

• Prepare HR reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Facilitate change management initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, data management, and tracking of progress.

• Stay informed about employment law and contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.

• Leverage AI and digital HR tools to enhance HR processes, improve efficiency, and enrich the employee experience.

• Ensure the responsible use of AI while adhering to data privacy and governance standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with employees, managers, and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Participate in the ongoing improvement of HR processes and operational methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or a comparable HR role.

• Proven experience in providing HR advice, support, and guidance to both managers and employees.

• Solid understanding of employment law, HR policies, best practices, and compliance issues.

• Experience in supporting employee relations, performance management, and absence management.

• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Experience working with HRIS and/or payroll systems.

• Proficient in preparing and reporting on HR metrics and trends.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in ambiguous situations.

• Fluent in English.
