Hotel Quality Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Perform structured quality assessments and on-site inspections at hotels.

• Evaluate findings and engage in constructive discussions with Heads of Operations and hotel teams.

• Create detailed audit reports and tailored action plans for Cluster General Managers and Operations Management.

• Provide guidance and support to locations for the correct implementation of JUFA operating standards.

• Facilitate targeted training sessions and coaching for on-site staff.

• Assist in the ongoing development of quality manuals, checklists, and processes.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards.

• Aid in the pre-opening phases of new locations and provide operational quality troubleshooting assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the hotel industry, including roles such as assistant general manager, operations management, or department head.

• Keen attention to detail regarding hygiene, maintenance, and top-tier service quality.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for delivering constructive feedback in a respectful and collaborative manner.

• Valid Category B driver’s license.

• High willingness to travel (over 75%) throughout the JUFA network.

• Business-fluent in German (C1).

• Proficient in English (B2).
