Host Family Recruitment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly host-family recruitment targets through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media.

• Create and execute recruitment strategies, which include social media campaigns, referral initiatives, and community events.

• Act as a representative for EF at local fairs, events, and promotional activities.

• Serve as the main point of contact for host-family inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Provide host families with all necessary information and documentation.

• Visit potential host families to evaluate their suitability and compile comprehensive home-visit reports.

• Keep precise records of recruitment activities, host-home metrics, and associated statistics.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless homestay experience for both students and host families.

• Assist in organizing and hosting appreciation events for host families.

• Share emergency on-call responsibilities with team members as required.

• Report to the Regional Director and collaborate closely with the local team.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
