This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate qualified opportunities within fine dining restaurants, hotel food and beverage operations, resort kitchens, country clubs, and culinary operators.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Utilize industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly new-logo and revenue goals in the designated territory.
• Create and implement targeted placement initiatives for key hospitality account segments.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop account-specific materials, ROI tools, demonstration kits, and hospitality-related content.
• Construct seasonal and segment-specific outreach campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and procurement cycles.
• Identify, pitch, and manage partnerships with influential chefs, culinary directors, and hospitality groups.
• Coordinate chef partnership activations, media engagements, and co-branded content in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
• Represent Hestan at culinary competitions, industry panels, cooking demonstrations, and media events.
• Work alongside authorized dealers and foodservice equipment distributors and support quotations through complex projects.
• Provide training to distributor representatives on Hestan’s commercial hospitality products, differentiation, and sales strategies.
• Oversee the entire CRM pipeline, including forecasts, stage progression, and activity records.
• Maintain relationships with existing hospitality accounts and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Service teams to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to discover opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in foodservice equipment, luxury hospitality, culinary product sales, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas in a territory-based field sales position.
• Established relationships with professional culinary or hospitality stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to create ROI-based value propositions.
• Comfort with intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and standard sales tools.
• Data-driven approach to managing the sales pipeline.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the designated territory.
• Experience selling premium or luxury goods to hospitality or restaurant buyers is preferred.
• A background in or a deep passion for professional cooking, culinary arts, or the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Experience in managing and enabling dealer or distribution channel partners is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen design and specification processes is preferred.
• Active involvement in foodservice trade organizations or culinary industry associations is preferred.
