This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the hospital sales expert within a designated territory in Atlanta.
• Achieve sales targets for Chiesi USA’s CARE promoted hospital products.
• Engage with targeted clients and promote/sell products using approved strategies.
• Surpass quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
• Conduct in-services and engage in clinical discussions with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital personnel.
• Navigate the hospital formulary processes effectively.
• Execute territory business plans that align with both regional and national objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, medical staff, and other stakeholders.
• Cultivate influential customers as local advocates and champions for the products.
• Schedule and lead impactful meetings with targeted clients and colleagues.
• Implement special initiatives including speaker bureau programs, symposia, and convention displays.
• Enhance sales and retention strategies to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and facilitate the selling process.
• Create, update, and adhere to territory business plans.
• Prepare management reports and presentations.
• Present monthly sales reports while identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Attain proficiency with products and sales tools.
• Manage the territory budget in accordance with company guidelines.
• Respond swiftly to requests from management and customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized four-year university.
• Minimum of two years experience in pharmaceutical industry sales.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
• Demonstrated organizational and territory management skills.
• Strong capabilities in relationship-building.
• Proficient in presenting scientific information using visual aids, clinical reprints, and technical data.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Successful completion of new hire training and ability to pass product knowledge assessments.
• Capability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and hospital credentialing processes.
• Ability to acquire and maintain necessary hospital credentials.
• Successful completion of a drug test, including testing for marijuana.
• Preferred: Experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
