Hospital Laboratory Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Engage with all departments across the hospital laboratory.

• Promote and sell Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment.

• Foster sales growth in all categories of laboratory products.

• Collaborate with acute care representatives and IDN market directors in the designated region.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations for Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturer representatives.

• Meet and exceed established sales growth objectives.

• Create a consistent calling schedule with key decision-makers.

• Oversee and sustain current business while introducing new products to expand market share.

• Engage in substantial cold calling to identify new account opportunities.

• Approach territory management with an entrepreneurial mindset and franchise mentality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of quota-driven sales experience highlighting cold calling, commissioned, and full-cycle sales expertise OR at least 5 years of similar sales experience.

• Proven track record of sales growth and achieving quotas.

• Capable of presenting a variety of product lines.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Consistent employment history.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Preferred experience in selling laboratory consumables and capital equipment.

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a car.

• Willingness to travel in that car for 90% of the workday.

• Capable of interacting with healthcare providers on-site.
