Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the homes of clients.

• Operate independently while traveling to various appointments.

• Manage a limited number of appointments each day, ensuring no double-booking or rushing.

• Spend time with families, address challenging questions, and assist them in saying goodbye with dignity and tranquility.

• Establish connections with grieving families and provide support during end-of-life care.

• Participate in a comprehensive onboarding process and engage in one-on-one mentorship.

• Cover areas including Milwaukee, Racine, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and neighboring regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days each month that suit your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• License verification is necessary prior to the start date.

• A background check is required before commencing employment.

• Driving record review must be completed before the start date.
