Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of families' homes.

• Operate independently while traveling throughout Rockville, Silver Spring, and North Bethesda, Maryland.

• Manage a limited number of appointments each day at a relaxed pace.

• Spend time with families, addressing challenging questions, and aiding them in saying goodbye with dignity and tranquility.

• Select a schedule ranging from 2 to 5 days per week or opt for a self-directed timetable.

• Collaborate with and receive guidance from seasoned colleagues.

• Engage in onboarding, personalized mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.

• Select 4 weekend days per month that align with your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and up to 90 lbs with help.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record review before the start date.
