This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct telephone triage for patients and families receiving hospice care.
β’ Evaluate patient conditions and identify suitable next steps.
β’ Work collaboratively with on-call teams to ensure coordinated care and resource allocation.
β’ Precisely document all communications and interventions.
β’ Maintain a composed and professional attitude while addressing urgent calls.
β’ Must possess an active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license.
β’ Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is highly preferred.
β’ Comfortable using technology and electronic medical records (EMR).
β’ Capable of typing documentation and notes in a dynamic environment.
β’ Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively while handling calls.
β’ Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Must be able to work independently in a remote setting.
β’ Consistent attendance, proactive communication, and reliable internet access during scheduled shifts are required.
β’ Three weeks of paid remote training.

β’ $2 shift differential for overnight shifts.
