Home Infusion Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Enhance sales effectiveness within the designated territory to achieve or surpass individual and team objectives.

• Assist patients in transitioning to the pharmacy by enabling communication and providing prompt information.

• Utilize CRM and company resources to pinpoint priority accounts, maximize referral potential, and document account activities.

• Sustain a regular call cycle for proactive follow-ups, comprehensive communication, and account oversight.

• Work in collaboration with Operations and internal teams to ensure unified messaging to offices and patient partners.

• Foster relationships with pharmaceutical partners to improve collaboration and product understanding.

• Aid in the necessary documentation, benefit information, and communication with physician offices.

• Oversee regional budget responsibilities while adhering to planning guidelines.

• Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and in-services.

• Provide insights on competitors, territory challenges, and market developments to Sales Leadership.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Chicago Metro area.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor’s degree alongside 4+ years of pertinent experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare sales.

• A Bachelor’s degree can be replaced by 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Capable of analyzing and interpreting territory reports.

• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, IVIG, neurology, immunology, and transplant therapies.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• If working remotely, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
