HMI Ergonomist, UX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist business and IT teams in the design of Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI)

• Collect and assess user requirements

• Create estimates and timelines for screen prototyping

• Develop interface prototypes utilizing AXURE and FIGMA, adhering to the Design System and its guidelines

• Engage in HMI validation with users through user testing and focus group sessions

• Gain mastery and contribute to the development of a Design System library in FIGMA

• Proactively suggest improvements to the framework and Design System

• Work on a strategic initiative within the client's banking branch network, concentrating on internal applications utilized by branch advisors

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant qualification in ergonomics or cognitive psychology

• Demonstrated experience in ergonomic design for HMIs

• Proven capability in creating intricate prototypes using AXURE and FIGMA

• Strong expertise in user testing methodologies

• Experience with Design Systems, encompassing contribution, implementation, and standards

• Profile that leans more towards ergonomics rather than UX/UI

• Extended notice periods (over one month) are not suitable for this role
