Hiring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Recruit team members, including identifying and attracting top talent from other organizations

• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members

• Oversee Skinnify’s presence on LinkedIn and Glassdoor

• Assist in the company's efforts for international expansion

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hiring Manager within a $10M+ annual revenue e-commerce company

• Proficient in locating outstanding employees, including poaching top talent from competing firms

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail

• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience collaborating with remote teams across different countries

• Capability to commit to 40 hours of work per week
