Hindi Language Social Media Community Moderator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate vibrant, expanding digital communities for renowned brands as opportunities arise

• Engage with users in real-time interactions

• Respond to inquiries and actively participate in discussions

• Resolve user-related issues

• Adhere to client brand voice and moderation standards

• Participate in project-based, temporary, or part-time moderation roles

• Provide support to social media agency clients, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 firms

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the Hindi language

• Strong familiarity with Hindi pop culture, terminology, cultural references, and slang

• Capability to comprehend the client's brand voice and effectively engage with users

• Prior experience in social media moderation is essential

• Experience in live stream moderation is advantageous

• Certification in Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social is a plus

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to adhere to clear guidelines and workflows

• Superior verbal and written communication abilities

• Excellent spelling and grammar skills; candidates may undergo skills and/or language assessments

• Strong eagerness to learn and think critically; proactive mindset

• High energy and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization

• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Personal computer with at least Windows 10 and macOS 13

• Personal internet speed of no less than 150 Mbps

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Must be able to utilize a personal computer for work-related tasks
