High Volume Recruiter – Limited Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide outstanding talent while ensuring proactive and timely communication regarding search progress.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders.

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position specifications.

• Present relevant market data and strategic recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and deliver a strong slate of candidates.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines.

• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on their progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is preferred.

• Candidates may reside in PST, MST, or CST time zones, but must be available to work during MST or CST business hours.

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment is necessary.

• Recruiting background with demonstrated achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• A high school diploma is required.
