📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Perform high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present robust candidate slates while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to establish offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, ensuring proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Proven recruiting experience with successful outcomes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment focused on high-volume recruitment in the Healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
