This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Develop and implement quarterly marketing strategies.
β’ Propel sales growth and expansion within a designated North America region.
β’ Formulate and execute measurable business strategies to optimize outcomes.
β’ Take ownership of the sales territory forecast and drive implementation alongside the regional director.
β’ Conduct partner selection, co-selling, activation, and collaborative business planning activities.
β’ Facilitate quarterly business reviews with key partners and program stakeholders.
β’ Lead technical sales training and partner enablement initiatives.
β’ Monitor and report sales metrics in relation to goals and benchmarks.
β’ Analyze complex data to create recommendations for sales plays.
β’ Manage and communicate pipeline status to director- and vice president-level leadership.
β’ Train and empower HPE Networking internal channel sellers regarding Mistβs value proposition and business advantages for the midmarket.
β’ Educate and train Partner Business Managers and Distribution Business Managers on Mist for the midmarket.
β’ Identify and profile new potential partners.
β’ Inform distribution and national service provider vendor teams about Mist trends, promotions, and midmarket sales initiatives.
β’ Utilize funded business development representatives to engage and inform internal sales teams.
β’ Present quarterly business updates to management and vice president-level leadership.
β’ Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
β’ 8β12 years or more of sales experience at the end-user or channel level.
β’ Proven success as an account or business manager selling to CIOs and other senior decision-makers.
β’ Familiarity with the IT sector, ideally in networking, channel transactional sales, and SMB and midmarket customer segments.
β’ Demonstrated SMB and midmarket end-user sales and/or partner management experience at regional, global, or national levels.
β’ Strong financial understanding and business management capabilities.
β’ Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
β’ Capability to manage and influence virtual teams.
β’ Proficiency in interfacing effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, channel partners, distributors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30%.
