This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main strategic contact.
• Facilitate bi-weekly client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, testing priorities, and upcoming actions.
• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Convert performance data into actionable recommendations and strategic insights.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively pinpoint and tackle account risks and opportunities.
• Design, implement, and refine Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment booking.
• Oversee budgets, target audiences, bidding strategies, account organization, and creative testing.
• Track daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other essential acquisition metrics.
• Analyze underperforming campaigns and identify areas for potential enhancement.
• Create structured testing frameworks across audiences, offers, messaging, creative elements, and campaign attributes.
• Craft direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.
• Generate hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing purposes.
• Leverage performance data to form new creative and messaging hypotheses.
• Collaborate with video editors to provide clear creative guidance.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite research and copy development while ensuring quality and strategic insight.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking mechanisms, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing processes.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Assess performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to detect the source of funnel issues.
• Report to the Associate Director of Operations and take responsibility for client performance, relationships, and retention.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy discussions with clients.
• Demonstrated capability to drive campaigns toward specified performance metrics while ensuring client retention.
• Strong skills in direct-response copywriting, encompassing ad copy and scripts.
• Experience in developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging strategies.
• Knowledge in conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in financial services marketing (preferred).
• Experience with lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns (preferred).
• Familiarity with video sales letter marketing (preferred).
• Knowledge of high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels (preferred).
• Experience working in a performance marketing agency (preferred).
• Proficiency in direct-response advertising (preferred).
