
High School Relationship & Recruitment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit U.S. high school students for undergraduate and pathway programs at Kaplan's partner universities located in the United Kingdom.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of relationships with high school counselors, college advisors, and administrators throughout a designated U.S. territory.
• Create and implement territory recruitment strategies, which include school visits, presentations, college fairs, and counselor events.
• Enhance Kaplan's brand visibility and credibility among high school counselors.
• Identify, pursue, and nurture new partnerships with high schools.
• Provide guidance to students and families regarding the UK application process, available course options, and life at partner universities.
• Assist prospective students and their parents/guardians from initial inquiry through to enrollment.
• Achieve and surpass recruitment, conversion, and enrollment objectives.
• Record school visits, counselor interactions, and student communications in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and visa advising teams.
• Represent Kaplan at college fairs, conferences, and counselor association events.
• Monitor and report on territory performance, relationship status, and recruitment pipeline to leadership.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to visit high schools and participate in recruitment events.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in student recruitment, college admissions, school partnerships, or a comparable relationship-management/sales role.
• Proven experience in recruiting within U.S. high school networks.
• A demonstrated history of achieving recruitment or sales goals.
• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with U.S. high school counselors and administrators.
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a broad, geographically dispersed portfolio of relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including regional and occasional national trips.
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel by car and air as necessary.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity in engaging with diverse student and family populations.
• Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage a territory with minimal oversight.
